iPhone Giveaway Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING COMPARED WITH THE FREE ENTRY METHOD. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 OR OLDER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The iPhone 18 Pro Max Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Mensa (mensavogue.com) ("Sponsor"). Contact: mensacareinfo@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers and contractors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void outside the United States, in Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final.
3. Entry period
The Giveaway begins on September 26, 2026 and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period ends will not be counted. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to enter
There are three ways to receive entries. You may use any or all of them.
- Email entry (1 entry). Enter your email address in the Giveaway form on mensavogue.com during the Entry Period. Limit: one email entry per person and per email address for the whole Entry Period.
- Order bonus (5 entries). Each order placed on mensavogue.com during the Entry Period earns 5 bonus entries for the email address used at checkout. Orders cancelled or fully refunded before the drawing do not earn bonus entries.
- Free alternative method (5 entries, equal to an order). Send an email to mensacareinfo@gmail.com during the Entry Period with the subject line "iPhone Giveaway Free Entry" and include your full name, email address, U.S. mailing address and the statement "Please add my 5 free entries." Each valid request earns 5 bonus entries, exactly the same number as an order. No purchase, payment or marketing sign-up is required for this method.
Bonus limit (applies equally to both bonus methods): each person may receive bonus entries for at most one order or one free request per calendar day (Pacific Time), meaning 5 bonus entries per day in total, however they are earned. Entries earned by an order and by the free method have equal chances of winning.
Entries generated by scripts, bots or other automated means, or using multiple or fake identities or email addresses to exceed the limits, are void, and the entrant may be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or emails.
5. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
6. Prize
One (1) prize: one new Apple iPhone 18 Pro Max, 256GB, unlocked, in burgundy (or another available color if burgundy is unavailable). Approximate retail value (ARV): US $1,299.00, based on Apple's U.S. price for the unlocked 256GB model on apple.com as of September 26, 2026. The actual value may vary. The prize is shipped to the winner's U.S. mailing address at no cost to the winner. No cash alternative, transfer or substitution by the winner. If the prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. Sponsor may ask the winner for a completed IRS Form W-9 and may issue an IRS Form 1099 for the prize's ARV.
7. Winner selection and notification
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be held on or before October 3, 2026. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry and must reply within seven (7) days. The winner may be asked to sign a declaration of eligibility and a liability release, where lawful. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time, is found ineligible or does not comply with these rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. To request the winner's name (first name, last initial and state), email mensacareinfo@gmail.com with the subject "iPhone Giveaway Winner" by December 31, 2026.
8. Not affiliated with Apple
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Apple Inc. Apple and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Product images used to promote the Giveaway show the prize model; the actual color and appearance may vary slightly.
9. Privacy
Information you provide is collected by Sponsor and used to run the Giveaway, contact the winner and deliver the prize. If you enter through the email form, you also agree to receive marketing emails from Mensa, and you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Entrants who use only the free alternative method are not added to marketing emails unless they choose to sign up. See our Privacy Policy. Sponsor does not sell entrant information.
10. General conditions
Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor beyond its reasonable control affects its integrity, and in that case may choose the winner from eligible entries received before the action. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these rules limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
