Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Shipping is complimentary on every US order, with no minimum spend, and every order ships with tracking.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days, and your ship-by date is shown on each product page. As soon as your order ships, we email your tracking number so you can follow it to your door. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer. If something arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, let us know within 7 days with photos and we’ll help right away. Full details: Returns & Refunds.

How should I choose my size?

Check the size guidance on each product page. When between sizes, many customers prefer sizing up for comfort.
