Delivery Time

Helpful Reminders

Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors, building staff, or your local mailroom

  • Wait 48 hours in case the carrier scanned early

Packages marked as delivered are considered received.
